Riders for a Cure's Relay for Life SL team has some upcoming events and wishes to thank everyone for your wonderful generosity and contributions to date. At the time of this post Riders for a Cure has raised $209,429L or $835.61USD and we are only about half way there!
Official Riders for a Cure 2011 Surfboard Design Contest:
Submit your design to Lissa Pinion to be set up on a long board. Voters will have 1 week to vote with their $L on their favorite design. The winning design will then become the Official 2011 Riders for a Cure RFL board with vendors out at each Surf for a Cure sim and at the Team beach as well as the team build site on the RFL sim.
Surf for a Cure: June 25th 9am to 9pm SL time
It's back! 12 hours of non stop surfing! If you would like to submit your sim please contact Lissa Pinion or Socks Clawtooth. Each sim will pay/donate $1000L and then riders will donate to ride and carry the torch. Sim hopping, great tunes, great friends, and riding anything that floats will make this a great day to remember!
