Surfer’ Bay VIP have just launched a new
website and forum to help inform their members about their latest events, beach
parties, surfing updates, home rentals and other sim activities and to showcase
the benefits of joining the sim and group to new members.
Created by Duncan Blackburn, the owner of
Surfer’s Bay VIP and the new Surfer’s Eden sim, the website also hosts a forum
so that group members can sign up and stay in touch with SL friends outside of
SL, ask questions or post photos.
“We wanted to create a website that
reflects all aspects of what we do at Surfer’s Bay VIP and Surfer’s Eden so
that our existing and potential members can find what they need all in one
place,” said Duncan Blackburn.
“There are a lot of proactive SL
Photographers in our membership and we will be constantly refreshing the website images to further highlight
their work as well as in our Flickr group.
We also invite any content such as blog posts or video to add to the website
and hope that surfers from across SL will also enjoy visiting it.”
