Badges that will be earned during your Grom Scout life :
Badges are special awards given to all participants in the Scouts while on their learning journey. These can be for special skills, event participation, sportsmanship and exemplary community character.
A grom is young kid, that likes to surf or skateboard.
SL Grom Scouts covers only SURFING at this time.
Skateboarding may be added in the future if enough desire by child avatars and their parents is warranted
A grom refers to both genders male and female. There are no favorites or preferences here.. Just the will to be the best we can be and have good clean fun!
Groms are known for going out either in the oceans surfing or streets skateboarding,.... and not just surfing or skating, but surfing and skating with ALL THEIR HEARTS, with passion like any professional in the extreme sport world. .
**Groms are super chill and positive all the time.**
They like to encourage their fellow surfer or skater friends. Sportsmanship is Key!
There will be no room for negativity, harassment, or poor sportsmanship around or in The Grom Scouts. Any infractions of such will be dealt with individually and/or one on one with parents.
