Breaking News - Goodbye Tsunami

Sources report that Tsunami Surf Beach has been reclaimed by the sim owner and the Freeport Shops on the Tsunami Boardwalk are being returned.  Colleen Brennan, owner of Tsunami Surf Beach, has not logged into Second Life (SL) since December 24, 2011, and she is greatly missed by her many friends.  Many of the surf community in SL are saddened by this loss and send Colleen their best thoughts and wishes.  Please feel free to leave a message for Colleen in the comments section and we'll hope that they will get thru to her.

Thank you for all of the years of providing one of our favorite surfing hangouts!

Shocking news. So sorry to hear of Tsunami, such a wonderful surfing hang out to so many, will be gone. Even more sorry that our friend, Colleen has been away so long, but hope rl is treating her well.

Curled up in a ball waiting for Colleen to come back and give me a scratch behind the ears so I can give her a big lick on the nose…

Colleen, hope you're doing OK. Every person that you made a cutout picture of and placed on the pier at Tsunami misses your friendship and your warm smile. Your forever in our hearts…

It is with great sadness that I get this bad news ...

Aw, Tsunami was always one of my favorite places... that big pier with the cutouts of various SLurfing legends, and all those shops where I spent so much time. But more than that I join everyone in missing Colls. When I first joined this crazy world of SL surfing, Colleen (and others) made me feel right at home, as if I'd been doing it for years. Hope you're doing well out there, Colls!!
