SLSA Constitutional Changes

The Second Life Surfing Association (SLSA) has announced some proposed changes to the SLSA Constitution, specifically regarding:

"- Change to Election Procedure to allow a scripted (open source) voting machine that provides total voter anonymity, accuracy and immediate results.
- Restructuring of the Hall of Fame so that the relationship to SLSA is clearer
- Tighter control over reasons for terminating membership
- Director Eligibility, clarification and process"

and some additional minor wording changes.
