The Second Life Surfing Association has announced the general election to be held on December 1, 2009, to fill 3 SLSA Director seats for six month terms. The deadline for registration is November 25 at midnight SLT. If you are interested in running, the SLSA asks that you send a non modifiable notecard stating:
- your intent to run
- product, team or sim affiliations
- indicate you are willing to fill the full six month term
and submit it to the five current sitting directors: Sally LaSalle, Abel Halderman, Desirae Beaumont, Bonheur Chenaux, and WickedV Carver. Nominations will be posted on the SLSA website and SurfWatch will offer the candidates an opportunity to talk about their position and views.
