Organisers of Saturday's Pacific Coast Xtreme Tandem Surf Competition have announced the heat draws and full list of tandem teams. The contest takes place at 11am SLT Saturday 9 August 2008 at Redondo Beach (spectators stands are on the adjacent Freeport sim).This event is for teams of two riders surfing one wave at the same time, one surfing a shortboard and one surfing a longboard. The contest will have three judges, one scoring for each rider and one for the overall performance of the tandem team. Other than that SLSA competition rules apply. Open invitation.
