SurfWatch Remade

SurfWatch is proud to roll out our new look designed by our very own Austin Novaland.  It's still the same SurfWatch with all your top Second Life (SL) surf and beach lifestyle related news.  Now it's delivered to you in a clean, sleek design.

The bulk of information has been moved from the sidebar to a menu that is easily accessible across the top.  Remaining in the sidebar are links for following us on other social media, a short list of popular posts, as well as our archive and search tools

As for the menu, the Home link returns you to the main page where you'll find brief abstracts of our 5 most recent posts.  Clicking on an image, title, or the Read More button will display an entire post and any comments.

The About link will give you the option of finding out more about SurfWatch or getting information on our current staff.  You can also check out our Help Wanted page and see about joining our talented team!

Written by Austin, the Virtual Surfing link will be a resource for many new SL surfers looking for how to get started.  Feel free to pass this link to anyone seeking more information.

The Wave Report is Kantbe Thursday's meticulous compilation of SL surfing beaches along with waves, boards, rezzers and anything else she can squeeze in to help you find your ideal surf spot.

The Calendar lists partner events, surfing competitions, and other happenings of interest to our readers.

Click on our Partners link to see our full list of SurfWatch Partners, as well as how to be come one and the benefits.

When you click on the Outposts link, you'll find landmarks to SurfWatch's 3 beach outposts on our partner beaches where you might find us hanging out or working on new articles.  If you have a beach and you'd like to add a SurfWatch Outpost, let us know!

The Contact link lets you reach the SurfWatch team to answer any questions you may have.

Explore the pages of the new SurfWatch design.  Let us know what you think about the update.  Leave a comment or contact Tauri Tigerpaw.
