Thursday: SLSA Board of Directors Election

The Second Life Surfing Association is about to enter its first election term of 2018. Both sitting directors, Petra Xaris and Annie Panties opted to take a term off and relax after a long session of hard work. They will be greatly missed and their contribution to the sport will be recognized and appreciated for a long time.
Gia Villano, a long time director will be joined by newcomer Richie M. Di Vaio. The community is eager to see the fresh perspectives of two of surfing's most vivacious members. The new hopefuls are running unopposed. They will be welcomed, without an election, immediately.


Saturday: Tauri Tigerpaw Concert

Surfwatch's singing Editor-in-Chief will take the stage this Saturday at 1pm SLT at the R&R Ranch. With a growing fans base, this no-TAURI-ous singer is sure to please!
Too busy on Saturday? No problem.. be sure to get up early and check out her sultry sounds on Sunday.

SLSA T'ai LSD Pro Surf Competition Registration Opens
The momentum is building as the 2018 season heads into its second competition. T'ai Beach hosts this battle that will require surfers anxious for the title to master the LSD board on the Cortez wave. This combination is a challenge for novice surfers who find themselves working hard to keep up with the giants.
Don't miss this epic race to the top. The competition will be held March 24, 2018.
To register, follow the prompts announced in the SL Surfing Association group on March 4th.

Tuesday: Imagine Dragons Concert

One of Second Life's newest beaches will begin its March Concert series with the Imagine Dragons taking the stage at 6:00PM SLT on March 6th. Jus Strat, owner of Fairhaven has been working tirelessly to contribute to the surfing community by providing fabulous waves and unique entertaining experiences.
Join the Strat's Tuesday night for good times and good music @ Fairhaven.

Wednesday: Crystal Edge Dance Show

Every month, surfers from all over the grid brush off their sandy feet. Some of them even put on shoes! We do this for the amazing talented dance show performed at the Crystal Edge Dance Club.
Treat yourself to amazing choreography by a talented group of performers. Constant set changes and unique never-before-seen dancing will guarantee an entertaining and unforgettable evening.
